Cancellation policy

If you don't need to use your meeting booking, we may have to charge you a cancellation fee. This applies because we may have to turn away other bookings, or we may not have enough time to find a replacement. Our general guidelines are:

If you've let us know 14 days or more from your meeting date, the fee is 20% of your booking
If you've let us know within 14 days of your meeting date, the fee is 40% of your booking
When a booking has originated within 14 days of your meeting date, we may apply a discretionary 20% cancellation fee.

Accessibility

Our Ground Floor Meeting room has step free access, however our Boardroom is down a short flight of stairs.
If you or a member of your party are mobility impaired or will need assistance exiting the building in an emergency, please let us know by filling out our PEEP form here so we can make suitable plans for your visit.
