We are committed to providing a safe work environment for all our members and users of the building. Please do be vigilant about letting people into the building you don't know - say hi!
If you're a keyholder we've prepared a guide so we all follow the same standard for locking up:
In the event of a fire:
If from 9am-5pm (opening hours) and one of the team is here, please leave through a fire exit, and gather at the assembly point.
The Assembly point is on the corner of the pavement, near the front door.
Help all of your guests to leave with you.
If outside of open hours: leave the building and call 999. Inform the fire service when they arrive of the fire documents in the grey box on the cafe wall near the front door.

The nearest defibrillator can be found at https://www.defibfinder.uk/, we recommend the Institute of Physics as the easiest to access.
Use our website to check out meeting room availability and to submit a booking request. Coworkers in the hall can use 1hr empty slots on the day, advance bookings and private offices should use the website link. We charge out advance bookings at our internal meeting rate.
In order to provide an affordable home, we involve our members in keeping communal areas clean. Please help by putting items in the dishwasher, taking out large boxes to the recycling bin in the yard, and resetting meeting rooms after they are used.

Each year, a portion of our income is reserved to go to charities and organisations doing good in our area and beyond, who share our values. Last year our community gave away over £12k to support charities through ARK for Good.
