Meeting rooms booked in advance (before the day) are charged a discounted members rate for booking.

Coworkers are welcome to use meetings rooms not in use on the day for free ๐Ÿ™‚

  1. Please tidy ๐Ÿงน the room after using it - e.g.
    • Switching off the TV Screen ๐Ÿ“ฝ
    • Putting chairs back around the table ๐Ÿช‘
    • Put back any remotes ๐Ÿ•น
    • Remove any used flipchart paper ๐Ÿ“ˆ
    • Cups & jugs in the dishwasher โ˜•๏ธ
  1. Switch off the meeting room lights at the end of the day ๐Ÿ’ก
  1. Cancel in good time any room you don't end up needing to use โŒ
  1. Choose the right size of meeting room for your meeting (e.g either 6 person ground floor room or the 12 person board room). The cafe isn't a meeting room space, and the second floor meeting room is for coworking members. ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ
  1. Finish on time for the next booking starting. โฐ
  1. Please do not leave guests unaccompanied in the building.๐Ÿง

Please note: before any meeting rooms are booked they are confirmed first by either an email or calendar booking - all requests are subject to room availability.
